Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 14, 2026
The Ben Lacy for Judge campaign wants every voter in the 10th Judicial District to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- The site is built with semantic headings, labeled forms, and alt text on images
- The site declares its language so screen readers pronounce content correctly
- Navigation works with a keyboard
- Link and button names are meaningful for assistive technology
- We review color contrast against WCAG AA and are improving it where it falls short
Known limitations
- Donations are processed on Anedot's website. We chose Anedot in part for its standards, but we do not control that page. If you cannot complete a donation there, contact us and we will help you give another way.
- Volunteer sign-ups use Google Forms, which we do not control. If a form gives you trouble, email or call us and we will sign you up directly.
- Our printed volunteer brochure (PDF) may not work well with all screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the same information in an accessible format.
- Some color combinations are still being improved to meet AA contrast.
Tell us if something is not working
If you hit a barrier on this site, we want to know. Contact us and we will do our best to fix it or get you the information another way, usually within three business days.
